The majority of buyers look to a real estate professional to assist in their search for their new home or property. Even though, it will be my goal to match a buyer to your home, this gives your home a better chance to be SOLD in a timely manner. Our highest goal is to get your home out in the market place to be seen by EVERY potential buyer.
SIGNAGE
A sign will be placed on your property to tell potential buyers, neighbors who have friends or family members looking to buy in your area, and real estate professionals that have buyers looking in a particular area. This is a Meadows Realty sign with the office number, my cell phone number, and my web address information. This gives your home great exposure.
THE TALKING HOUSE
How many times have you seen people drive by a home for sale, slowly, but in turn, keep driving. They may even write down a phone number from the sign. By the time they drive by several homes, more than half the time, they never call. Maybe due to the fact, they really do not know what the home has to offer, the price, or maybe the home is deceiving from the outside! I have a solution for that circumstance, The Talking House! The Talking House gives them an opportunity to hear a taped message in front of your home on their radio in their car. The message tells all the GREAT selling points of your home. They get all the information that they are looking for about your home, if they are truly interested, we will get a call for a showing. Buyers seem to enjoy The Talking House, and it seems to drive more traffic to your home, which will then lead to a SALE.

Since I am a Certified E-Pro Specialist(Internet Expert), I am very extensive with my internet advertising since 57% of buyers look to the internet to search for their new home. Your home will advertised on Realtor.com, which is the #1 real estate site for property searches. Realtor.com has the most up-to-date information on available properties that you will find on the internet, next to the MLS, which is only for members of the service, such as real estate professionals. Your home will be advertised on my personal web site, www.MarionCountyProperties.com, which I include this site in all my advertising and signage to drive potential buyers to my site. I receive e-mails and requests on properties everyday driven from my site. I can communicate by e-mail, phone, or fax from my web site. Talk about exposure, internet exposure is worldwide!
NEWSPRINT ADVERTISING
I also advertise locally in the Star-Banner, and the Villages Daily Sun. Depending on the market, I continue my advertising in the Miami Herald, and the Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel for all the out of town buyers.
FLYERS AND BROCHURES
Flyers and brochures will be designed for additional exposure of your home. A brochure box will be attached to the real estate sign and filled with personalized detailed brochures about your home with pictures. Flyers will be available on my website for all visitors, and I will also mail a copy of this personalized flyer to all my potential buyers. I will also, mail out a flyer to all your neighbors to know that your home is for sale, just in case they know a friend or family member that may be looking in your particular area.
